Sparkwing in NASA’s Small Spacecraft Technology Report 2024

20 February 2025

It’s that time of year again. Yesterday, NASA’s Small Spacecraft Systems Virtual Institute (S3VI) published their annual state-of-the-art Small Spacecraft Technology Report. In this report, NASA provides a general overview of current state-of-the-art SmallSat technologies and their development status as discussed in open literature. And similar to last year, Sparkwing is one of these technologies.

However, we do have two remarks that need to be taken into account when using the report as a reference to the solar arrays we offer.  Not all entries are up-to-date, and a number of our 50V panels are missing. For all configurable options, we therefore refer you to the latest version of our factsheet, together with the Small Spacecraft Technology Report of 2024.

Aside from all that, we are proud to be mentioned here once again, as it offers a general impression of our variability in configurations and our capabilities when it comes to producing high-performing solar arrays for space. Read the full report here.
